Acceptance of Terms
Please read our Policies carefully. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Jersey Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey. Nothing in these Policies will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Your order has been thoroughly inspected and carefully packed, and we hope your family is delighted with our products. However, being realists we know that occasionally returns have to be made. We will gladly accept returns for 60 days after the date on your invoice (Span of 60 days is defined as being from date of customer's invoice to date on return shipping label). If you need to make a return, just follow these few easy steps...
- Merchandise needs to be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Clearance and sale items are final sales.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form must be filled out before sending your return back to us. Click Here to get the form. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call us.
- Items returned without an RMA number will be discarded, or gratefully taken home and played with by an employee and will not receive a refund. Pack the items and the paperwork in a sturdy shipping box; not an envelope. Items which arrive here damaged will not receive a refund, so pack your return carefully.
- Ship the item within 60 days of the date of invoice to the address below. Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing your return.
Errors and Defects:
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us immediately at 732-363-4009 or email us at email@example.com so that we can make it right! In cases of defective merchandise, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.
Please inspect every shipment upon receipt. If your merchandise arrives damaged, immediately notify us before returning it or contacting UPS. All parcels are insured, so keep all original packaging and shipping boxes in case an inspection is required. Arrangements can then be made to send a replacement item. All damage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the package. Any claim made after 3 days may be out of our control, so please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges:
We regret we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition within 60 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s) or you can choose to receive a store credit. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, we will not be able to issue a refund. All returns & exchanges MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.Top of Page
We use UPS for shipping, and have three delivery service options to choose from:
Standard5-7 business days, excluding holidays
2nd Day Air2 business days after order ships, excluding holidays
Next Day Air
1 business day after order ships, excluding holidays
Orders placed on Friday (after 12 p.m. EST), Saturday, or Sunday, will be shipped on Monday except on Holidays. No orders will be shipped or received on Holidays. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed the following Business Day.
For Two and Next Business Day services, order must be placed by 12 pm, EST to ensure on time delivery. The shipment will arrive by the end of the business day. Next Day Orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Special Note regarding APO, FPO, PO Boxes:
- UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or anywhere outside the continental United States.
- APO, FPO, PO Boxes are shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Please select Standard Shipping and allow 9 to 15 days to PO Boxes, and up to 45 days to APO and FPO. Standard Shipping rates apply. Delivery arrival date is not guaranteed.
Special Note regarding rural areas:
- In rural areas, UPS Two and Next Business Day Service may not be available. In such cases, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery. Delivery arrival date is not guaranteed.
- Contact Customer Service at 732-363-4009 if you need to confirm availability of UPS Two and Next Business Day delivery in your area.
We cannot currently accept International orders via our website. Call 732-363-4009 to place an International Order.
International orders require additional time to fulfill deliveries. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. Shipping charge calculations are provided at the time you’re ordered is placed.
DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND VAT
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges must be paid upon receipt of your order, and are your sole responsibility. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
